Ieva Kubiliute

Ieva’s area of expertise is architectural design technology, and she has extensive knowledge of Revit and possesses a broad understanding of building regulations and British Standards. Outside of her project work, Ieva also mentors junior technologists, helping them to reach our drawing standards and work towards their own personal career goals.

Ieva will often coordinate the production of both tender and construction stage drawings. She also helps to progress projects to the construction stage, working with subcontractors and design teams to further develop the technical aspects of a plan as well as identifying any potential issues. Ieva has contributed to our work on both Wardian London and the English National Ballet and is currently working on our Bray mixed-use masterplan in Ireland.

She studied Architectural Design Technology & Production at De Montfort University’s Leicester School of Architecture and gained three years of practice experience before joining us.
