Architect

We’re seeking an Architect to join our Birmingham studio who can bring creativity, curiosity and design ambition to our award-winning projects. You’ll play a key role in developing ideas for new projects, alterations and regenerations at a variety of scales, contributing from concept through to delivery as part of a collaborative team.

Working on projects across the UK, you’ll help shape places that respond thoughtfully to people, context and environment, guided by our CLEAN design approach.

We’re looking for someone with strong design skills, strategic thinking and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently. You’ll be comfortable working as part of a wider project team, contributing creative thinking while balancing design ambition with practical understanding.

You’ll have previous experience in a client-facing role, at least three years’ post-qualification experience working on UK-based projects, and strong Revit skills. Just as importantly, you’ll be collaborative, organised and motivated, with a passion for creating thoughtful, high-quality architecture.
