Paula Minelgaite

Paula is passionate about design that is not only beautiful, but also functional and critically engaging.

She is a specialist in graphic design with experience in editorial design, environmental graphic design and branding. She completed her BA (Hons) Graphic Communication Design at the University of Westminster and her MA Visual Communication at the Royal College of Art, where she has also recently completed Innovation RCA Creative Brands Accelerator training.

Paula works closely with our design teams to help them communicate their ideas in a clear and engaging way, through film, animation and print. Alongside working on projects, Paula also works closely with our Communications team in the design of communications and marketing material for the practice.

In her spare time, Paula runs the House of Common Affairs, a journal publishing thoughts and research about design's relationship with current affairs.
