Campbell Park approved

We've secured planning permission for the first phase of development at Campbell Park North, Milton Keynes.

Milton Keynes has been described as the UK’s garden city - a city of trees - and Campbell Park North will be a new landscape-led neighbourhood of over 1,500 homes and rooted in the principles that underpinned the creation of this, arguably, the country’s most successful postwar new town.

Working with clients Urban Splash and Glenbrook, the first phase will deliver 306 high-quality homes, a cycle link to connect redways, a canal terrace and wetland meadow.

Shaped by a steep terrain, the buildings step down the hillside to sit naturally within the landscape, giving glimpses between the blocks.
