Finalists in the Budějovická competition

We’re delighted to have progressed to the second round of an international competition to transform the area around Prague’s Budějovická district, following our presentation to the jury last week.

The competition, organised through a joint venture between Penta Real Estate and DBK Praha, is seeking a future vision for the area, which will be gradually transformed into a new urban district.

We’re excited to continue developing our proposal with our local partners, ONN architects and Partero, as we move into the next stage of the competition.
