Mike Duff

Mike is a Senior Architect passionate about shaping thoughtful and well-crafted places that respond to both client needs and broader environmental and social contexts. His work spans a varied range of typologies — from private homes and schools to advanced manufacturing facilities — with a particular expertise in workplace and office design.

At Howells, Mike brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at 3DReid, Associated Architects and BDP. He has been an active contributor to the professional community, including membership of the British Council for Offices (BCO) and serving as President of the Birmingham Architectural Association. Mike’s most recent project was delivering the Howells Tea Factory project for the BBC.

Mike studied architecture at the University of Sheffield and Birmingham City University before embarking on his professional career.
