The Brentford Project wins a RIBA National Award
The Brentford Project has been named a RIBA National Award winner for 2026.
The residential and placemaking scheme for Ballymore — delivered alongside AHMM, Maccreanor Lavington and Grant Associates — has helped reconnect Brentford’s High Street with its waterfront through new homes, walkable public routes and spaces shaped by the area’s working river heritage. The ambition of the project has always been to create a place that feels generous, connected and rooted in it surroundings.
Judges described the scheme as "a transformative landscape-led masterplan".
