Maria Jurado-Wiseman
Since joining us, Maria has been involved mostly in residential developments, ranging from one single tower to large-scale masterplan developments. Maria enjoys engaging and coordinating with the design team and the client to obtain planning permission and further develop the project throughout the later stages.
Maria has worked on the award-winning One Bayshill Road, Cheltenham and the Mercian, a new 42 storey elegantly orthogonal residential tower in Birmingham.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, Maria undertook a master’s degree in interior design at Birmingham City University’s School of Art and Design. Maria is based in our Birmingham office, having also previously worked in the London office.
